| Yo, mark I was wondering if you could help me learn the hare Hare yukai. I can do most of it if I have the video to follow along to but I am having trouble with 2 parts. |

| yeah. I know how to do most of it I just need to practice a lot. the only two spots I have trouble with in the video you just posted the first spot I have trouble with is at 1:06 and the second trouble spot is at 2:16 just after they are about to do the funky hand stuff. |

I can help you. the area around 1:06 is a bit open to interpretation, due to angles and such, but we got it pretty much figured out.
2:16 looks crazy, but it is actually pretty simple hand movements. It looks wonky due to the hip movements, which you can more or less ignore. Also, haruhi's last spin is virtually impossible, and can be substituted by hitting the final pose in 2 stronger moves. |

| there are actually 5 different roles you can do in the dance. Two of which are meant for guys and three are for girls mark chose to learn one of the girls' parts because it is the main one and is the focus of the dance. Will also did one of the other girl parts. Christine did the third girl's part but that one is not as girly as the other two while Laura did the same part will did. So far I don't think anyone has learned any of the guy parts. |

| Well, someone had to learn the lead. No one else wanted to, so I said I'd do it, being neither shy nor insecure. Christine chose Yuki because she thought Yuki is a cool character. Will went with Mikuru to establish the third main role (since the guys are just background dancers) and because we forced him to. |

I can do the first few seconds of it, but I get messed up almost exactly 6 seconds in when I was trying to learn it.
Did manage to finish anyway though.
