Josh, remember today we were talking at lunch about how the canadian dollar is on the rise? Well I just found out that it is now worth 94.38 cents american. that is the highest its been since 1977 also unemployment is at a 30 year low and houses are 10% more expensive now then they were last year. The U.S dollar is the down fall, and houses their cost less to buy. Economists belive that by the end of the year the canadian dollar will be equal to the american dollar and will stay within that range untill atleast untill the end of march 2008.
